I had the pleasure of taking online coaching classes from RCI in Terrestrial and Celestial Navigation for my Chief Mate Phase 1 exam, and I’m really happy to say I cleared TCN in one shot! It had been quite a while since I completed my phase 1 courses, and I had forgotten almost everything, but Mr. Deepak Gupta was incredibly patient and supportive throughout. He didn’t just jump into advanced topics—he took the time to rebuild my understanding from the absolute basics.

His explanations were simple, practical, and very exam-focused. He ensured I understood each step before moving ahead, and always created a comfortable environment where I felt free to ask questions. Method of teaching is very simple.
Deepak Sir is never reluctant to solve doubts, no matter how basic or silly the doubts are.
I got great learnings for TCNAV/Chartwork.
Personal attention received as batch size is small.
Daily practice sessions are conducted for chartwork after class and doubts cleared the following day.
Classes were exactly what I needed to get basics right and clear exams which were long pending.

Finally I cleared my Phase 2 Nav Arch II in 4th attemp after taking class from deepak sir. It has helped me to clear basic consepts.
I would recommend RCI to everyone who wants to clear these exams and are struggling with it.
Each and every topic were covered in detail and as per the syllabus.

I did my ph-1 some 7 years ago and had never given my TCS paper due to some xyz reasons and was completely out of touch and thus, low in confidence. Luckily, I came to know to about Rashmi classes and enrolled myself for Navigation classes. I would say that it is a place for the students to be free and to clear the doubts without any hesitation. Deepak sir is a gem , who not only teaches you , but clear your doubts even asked multiple times . Teaching the basics and how to apply them with exam point of view , personally giving attention to all the students .For students who are lost in where and how to approach for the exam , this is the place where we will be guided in the right direction.
